The material used for this component is CK45, EN-16, EN-9, 42CrMo4, SAE 4340 or as per customer requirement. The Connecting Rods are usually made of steel forging and fitted with High Tensile Blots/Nuts, Bi-Metal or Gun Metal Bushes and can be also made in Aluminum or Titanium for higher performance engine as per customer’s requirement. Shot Penning, Balancing & Magna Fluxing is carried out on each and every Connecting Rod supplied by us. We have also developed Fracture Splitting Connecting Rods.
